The Base on Broadfield is a community centre located in Leyland, Lancashire, dedicated to serving the Broadfield community. Operated by Key Unlocking Futures, a member of Progress Housing Group, the centre offers a variety of services aimed at supporting individuals and families in the area.

The Base on Broadfield provides several inclusive services that can benefit individuals living with dementia:​

• Community Café: Serving free hot food and drinks, the café offers a welcoming environment for social interaction.

• Chat & Brew Sessions: Relaxed gatherings where individuals can enjoy a friendly chat over a cup of tea or coffee.

• Mixed Social Group: An inclusive space for people to come together, socialise, and participate in various activities.

• Wellbeing Library: Access to a range of self-help books and literature on various well-being topics.​

• Community Launderette: Free laundry facilities available during community centre opening times.
