What is the Charter?

We are helping businesses to realise that sometimes all a person needs is a little more time and a little more understanding.

When you join the charter you are making a commitment to take steps to support people living with dementia to partipite in community life and live well.

How do I join?

Aswell as your organisation attending the free Dementia Friends Sessions, you must demonstrate how your organisation currently and/or working towards being Dementia Friendly.

If you fill out the form below we will be in touch to guide you through the simple application process.

On becoming a Charter member you will receive a certificate and listing on the website and printed ‘Living Well Guide’. You will also receive a sticker to place in your window to show that you are a Dementia Friendly member of South Ribble’s Dementia Community Connection.
