​Bridges of Hope in Bamber Bridge is a community-focused organisation dedicated to providing companionship and support to individuals who are lonely or vulnerable within the South Ribble and Preston areas. Their mission centers on fostering connections and offering tailored assistance to those in need, thereby enhancing the well-being of the local community.

Personalised, empathetic bespoke companionship and Social Support Service provided by a time served and highly qualified indivdual in the sector. Working with older people living with dementia and other conditions in our community to encourage and improve independence.
